The goal of this project was to achieve the optimum relationship between construction and nature, whilst maintaining the natural lines of the landscape.Centrally located stairwells are used to join coupled appartment blocks, creating a separation between public and private space.This created internal pathways running from north to south through the estate. To the north, diagonally postioned buildingsof with covered walkways protect the estate from the noise of a busy street. In all 225 appartments of 50, 70 and 90 m2 with a distribution ratio of 20/60/20% were built in 3 stages.
