The competition sought proposals for the best use of the island in the Mur that lay next to the historic city of Leoben. We positioned a hotel, located off the island, as the entry gate to the area and utilised natural landscaping over the site, to emphasise the natural character of the area.In the meantime the builder has proceeded with plans to construct a chinese themepark on the island.
